What we store

Operator accounts use Neon Auth for authentication. We store account identifiers, contact email, submitted pool information, review decisions, promotion requests and administrative audit events in Neon Postgres. Hosting is provided by Vercel. These providers may process technical logs needed to secure and operate the service.

Public and private information

Approved pool descriptions, links and technical fields are public. Account emails and pending submissions are private to the submitting user and administrators. Do not submit secrets or private miner information. Favorites are stored in your browser, not uploaded to an account.

Purpose and retention

We use this information to provide accounts, review submissions, respond to requests and prevent misuse. Authentication uses necessary session cookies. We do not use advertising tracking cookies. Account and review records are kept while needed to operate the directory or resolve abuse and disputes.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal account information by contacting us from your registered address. Public pool facts can remain as an editorial listing after an account is removed; personal contact details will not be included. You can clear browser favorites through your browser storage settings.
